Snow, Snow, Snow

In the school holidays we all went on a holiday to Bright. The best part of all was when we went to the snow. Mt. Hotham nearly claimed us as overnight victims when it became blizzard like conditons so we decided to leave not very happy with the whole snow experience. But mum and dad decided we needed a pickup and luckily it snowed at Mt. Buffulo because we had an absolute snow ball of a time. We tobogganned for nearly three hours and all the time Asha just lay snug under a bush in her toboggan. We fell off, we ate snow cones until the man said we would get the runs, we threw snow balls at mum and dad but best of all we had the most fun. And it wasn't even all that cold. I finally got to visit my cousins at easter and mum told me that Chase was only my age, born 2 days before me. I don't know whether to believe her though because he is sooo much bigger than me. Asha's Arrival

Well it has been nearly a month now since I arrived in my new family and I must say I am loving it. I was born on the 22nd February at 6.54am. I weighed 2620gm and as my mum said I was beautiful. My name is Asha Jayde Sheridan. I met my sisters who I had been listening to for months and finally got lots of cuddles from mum, dad, izabella and eloise. I have met lots of my family and friends and look forward to meeting more. Mum says I am a very good girl, better than my sisters at this age (ha ha) all I do is sleep, eat and poo. I did have a hiccup and went back into hospital for a sunbake and extra food, but now I am all better and putting on 300gm a week. Those who haven't seen me in a while will not know me. Anyway better go do more growing. Love to all Asha -xxx-

Our Holiday

We all went on a christmas holiday in our new camper trailer to Portarlington. It was so fun. We got to go swimming everyday, got to bed really late and we slept on bunks, izabella on top and eloise on bottom. We even went to the carnival where dad had a ride on the teacups with us (mum didn't want the baby to get dizzy) we think dad liked it more than us!!! We are hoping that we go away again soon, even with our new baby. We all had fun, fun, fun. Love Izabella and Eloise -xxx-

Hi everyone boy have i been busy. I finished kinder and santa came to kinder. One of the photos is my graduation photo (see if you can pick it). Santa came on Christmas day and left us some really great presents. Aunty Shan i got a new hair brush, billabong hat, Dora nightie and shortie pj's with my money and i don't have any left. I also had a birthday and had sooo much fun. Mum made me a cake on the day of my birthday and i had both my nanny's, pa and poppy around for tea. Then a couple of days later i had all my friends come to funbugs for a party, cake and a play. It was so much fun we didn't want to leave, amelia, zach, aunty paula, nanny and us were the last to leave. Now i am a big school girl and am far to busy to be doing much other than school, although i do slip in a few games with eloise when i get home and i always have time for cuddles with my mum and dad. Hopefully soon enough my new baby will be waiting for me when i come home from school and i can enjoy cuddles. Just a few. Can you see how long my hair is no, mum can even make it frizzy, and i love getting my hair done i don't even grumble like izabella. Santa was so much fun i really like him. Aunty Shan i got a new billabong sun hat with some of my money and mum has put the rest away until i find something really special. I got my face painted at dad's christmas party, mum didn't come because she had a big ride to melbourne in an ambulance and we only talked to her for 4 1/2 days ( i missed her sooooo much ). Since we last blogged kinder has finished, santa has been, Izabella turned 5 and our mum's tummy has grown so we think that means that the baby has grown too. Go Cats

You probably heard by now that Geelong won the football grand final. Well because our dad loves them and so do we, we went to Geelong to join in some of the celebrations. We went to training and saw all the players ( dad got real excited when one Lingy, nearly ran him over cos he was busy giving the thumbs up). We watched the game and all cheered. Uncle Greg went to the game and I think it is the happiest he has been. Then we were very brave and with 30,000 other people went to the family day. We got to see the players on stage although most had their sunglasses on because they had very dizzy eyes from celebrating hard. It was a fun time and we think they made lots of people happy because dad said they hadn't won in 44 years. Lucky they got it right this time. If it takes another 44 years we will be 48 and 47. Hope it comes sooner than that , it was fun. Love Izabella and Eloise -xxx-

I love birthdays. You get lots of presents and people come and see you or they call. This year I didn't have a party but I had alot of fun anyway. I got lots of dressups, hair ties and clips, torch, butterfly and fairies dvd. It was so much fun but the best part was my cake, all I wanted was an icecream cake and I ate lots too. I love icecream, just like my pa. I can't wait till i am 4. Love Eloise-xxx- ps. I even got a present the other day and it wasn't my birthday anymore, I just hadn't seen them for awhile. How lucky.

I Had Another Accident

Yes I had another run in with my gocart. This time there was no crashing and no hurting others. I wondered what would happen when I put my fingers into the chain while i was pushing it. My mum and dad say i was very very very lucky that it wasn't going and now i won't do that again. I had to go to hospital and nearly have something called surgery ( doesn't sound too nice ), anyway the dressings were enough and i don't want any of them too often. It took nearly one month and my fingers are great. Mum is so pleased with how they healed up, she says you would hardly know i had done anything to them. My kinder friends were all worried cos i had to bandage them up to protect them. I can tell you that i won't do that again, but no promises that accidents won't still happen ( hey i am a kid, i have to experiment). Love Izabella-xxx-

Well we wouldn't be upset if you thought we had fallen of the edge of the earth. It has been ages since we last blogged. It's partly or fully our mum's fault cos she is the one who blogs for us and well she has only started to feel up to doing all the extra little things. You see if you haven't been told yet, our mum is having a new baby and we are soooooo excited. We can't wait to see our new baby. i think it's a girl and Eloise thinks it's a boy. His name is Oscar and he is so cute he was hand raised and follows us around everywhere, only problem is he doesn't know the difference between weeds we want him to eat and mum and dad's plants. Mum and me and Izabella headed away without daddy to see Matthew for his birthday. He didn;t have a big cake like we do but he did have a candle which i blew out. We ate lots of party food and then we played with Lachie, had a bath in Kaz's new bath and slept at Kaz's. Mum always laughs when Daddy mentions kites. She says he doesn't have much luck with them. But i can tell you that we had sooooo much fun when the wind was blowing and our kite got higher and higher. I had a great time. And the neighbours must have liked it because they got theirs out later that day too. We all laughed lots when Eloise had a go and let go of the kite, dad had to chase it and jump. He nearly got it before it went over the next doors fence. I hope we can kite fly again soon. My Little Accident

I love izabella taking me on the gokart but just a few weeks ago she was rather busy looking somewhere else when she was driving. So you could guess what happened, we smashed into the gate post SMASH. I ended up with a nice looking lump on my eye which daddy fixed with a face washer and then it turned red, purple and black over the next few days. Luckily it has gone now and I look cute again. Although I did have an accident last night and fell over cutting my lip and nose. Oh well accidents happen. Love Eloise.-xxx-

Hello to everyone. I think that my mum has been busy with lots of things since we blogged last. But today she has a few minutes to help me share a few stories. I have done lots of things since my birthday. I have stayed at aunty Kaz's (where i got another party), she brought me and Eloise an umbrella and I got more birthday presents. We still love to dress up as you can see and the last dress up was with Amelia who stayed at my house ALL day even when I was at kinder. My 4th Birthday

I have just had a birthday. It was great to turn 4 but i was sad for my mum and dad because they missed out on most of the day, even fun bugs. They had a bug called gastro, they were so sick I had to help look after both of them, lucky my dad was not as bad as mum that day. I still got presents and the best thing was I got to play with Amelia and Zach, Eloise, Brayden, Nanny Wil and Aunty Paula at Fun Bugs. Some of my presents were a fairy vanity table for my room, a Dora leap pad book, Sandra's wardrobe dressup doll, a cash register and food, Dora pj's and dressing gown, a new watch and Aunty Shan left me a present and the thongs DO fit me and there was a necklace and bracelet that she made(thanks Aunty Shan). And thank you to everyone else who spoilt me. I also had tea last night with my nanny's and pa and poppy AND Amelia (cos she is staying at nanny Wil's) I love birthdays (especially when no one is sick) and can't wait for next January to come. Our Holiday at The Beach

We headed down to St. Leonards for our holiday at the beach. Gee we loved the water this year. My little sister just went crazy when she was in the water. I think if mum did not hold her then she would have floated away. We had all the gear and even made great sand castles. I was a little sick at the beach but a swim helped me greatly. Can you believe it????? Yesterday we went driving, cos we had a secret (daddy, me and Eloise). We ended up coming home with kittens, yes I mean kittenS. Daddy said we could have one each so I got a girl who's name is YoYo and Eloise got a boy who's name is Socks. We love them even though mum and dad siad if they were the kittens they would run the other way. I think we love them abit too muh. But it's fun loving them.

We have found something else to do at our house. They live in our dam and dad says you can eat them. Yabbies are what they are called and some are really big. Can you imagine our surprise when we woke up one November, yes November, morning and saw the snow falling. Mum quickly dressed us in warm clothes and out we rushed to see and run around in the snow. It was so cold but we had fun. I slipped over and got a wet bottom. I wish aunty shan was here to see it because mum says it is sooo hot where she lives. I wondered what these were for????

As you can see I have really been keeping my mum on her toes. (Probably why she hasn't had time to blog) I just can't help myself, I love getting into my sister's lip glosses and also the bathroom cupboard. You would agree though when you see me doing these things that I am gorgeous, even my mum (as mad as she gets) can't help but chuckle a little. Can't wait till I am older and have some makeup, just imagine what I could look like????? I love getting into things.

My Day at the Zoo

When daddy had his rostered day off he promised me that we could go to the zoo. The day arrived and the weather was beautiful, so we headed for the zoo. We looked at everything but my favorites were the monkeys with the red bottoms (mum calls them baboons) and the bears. I don't know what it was but the butterflies in the hot house they just loved to land on my hat, everytime i turned around, there was another one. Phew, lucky i didn't walk out with one still on my hat. Aunty Paula, Amelia and Zach also met us there and it was soooooo much fun, i couldn't believe they came. Daddy was abit sad though because the chimps were moving house and we could not see them, but secretly everyone else was happy because that means we have to go back. YIPEE. Love Izabella -xxx-

Elisha's Deb Ball

On saturday night we went to Elisha's deb. She wore a beautiful dress and was soooo lucky because she got to hold hands and dance with my boyfriend all night. Cam looked great. We got to eat snacks ( drink fizzy ), dance,dance, dance and the best part was staying up really late. I went to bed at 1 oclock, Eloise fell asleep at the deb. And when we got home we saw a party on the oval and the police came and people lit a fire and the firemen came. Oh i had fun, wonder if Elisha wants to do it again????? I would love to go again. Amelia's Birthday

Guess what, Amelia turned 3 and she even had a party. Mum drove us to her house and we got to play with lots of kids, eat lots of party food, help open presents and there was even a beautiful cake to have and sing happy birthday. Can We Enter Grand Prix's

You will never guess who visited our place and dropped off something really special. SANTA, yes that's right Santa has come early. Mum and dad told us one day that Santa had rang them and said that he needed to drop off one of our christmas presents early. His sleigh was going to be too heavy on christmas so he needed to come. And we got the biggest surprise when we went looking, IT WAS A GOKART. Our very own. And we can drive it on our own. There's been a few crashes but nothing to get worried about (although when nanny Wil saw she couldn't watch for awhile). We love it and sometimes we even give mum and dad a dink. We can't wait till Amelia or Indy or someone comes in it too and sees how much fun it is. Aunty Shan will love it when she sees it. We love Santa SOOOOOOO much and say thank you to him if he ever looks at this. Wonder if a man called Michael Shoemaker wants us to help him drive ( we think that's his name). Happy revving. Away With Our Cousins

When we were in QLD we got to do all cool things with our cousins. We played, played and played. Oh we also swam (or paddled) , actually I got to be a life person to mind the swimmers and Eloise sunbaked with Indy. We all got to ride on a train into the markets and it was our very first time on the train, we were excited. Too many things happened and I still talk about them now. My 2nd Birthday

I was the luckiest girl for my birthday. Firstly NOBODY told me it was my birthday (although I do remember mum and dad whispering to me), then when I found out it was, can you believe it, I was in a different state. I had been on an aeroplane and was now with my cousins. I had a birthday cake there (then got sick, yuck) and when I finally got home my Nanny and Poppy and Nan and Pa came to my house and we had tea and ANOTHER birthday cake. Nanny made this cake and it was the best ever. It was Wally, Wally, Wally, Wally, Wally. She also bought me the cutest puppy dog outfit and I look gorgeous. I got lots of things and even today I got something and my birthday was ages ago. Mum, dad and Izabella gave me the dorothy towel and I think I have used it every night since, although I think mum has sneaked it away for a wash. I LOVE BIRTHDAYS and I want to have lots more. One day when Izabella was at kinder, my mum told Aunty Clare that she would look after Lachie. That meant that I (me, Eloise) could help mum all by myself look after Lachie. It also meant that we could play lots of games together, on our own while my sister was away. YIPEE. We ate lots, chased the chooks, picked up lots of rocks and ran for what seemed like miles. I had sooooo much fun and I think Lachie did too because he didn't even cry, not even when my mum said he was getting tired. (Oh Izabella did get to play as well when she got home from kindy. Again mum was at work and it was only two more sleeps till we went on our holiday. So we were EXCITED and dad could tell. We were very active these last couple of days and also excited because daddy was home from work with us. I Just Love Hats

If there is a hat around i will find it, and it goes straight onto my head. Actually sometimes it is not only hats that go on my head but that is a different story (and i don't think mum has a photo of undies on my head). Mum thinks that i look a little bit funny in this hat but i was thinking that i look really cute. I know Aunty Shan will think so and so will Kaz and especially Uncle Greg. I don't know what happened. One minute i am dancing away to Hi 5, next minute i am in dream land dreaming of being that wonderful dancer. I wonder though if real dancers are allowed down time like i experienced for a couple of hours a day. Happy Birthday To Our Daddy

It was our daddy's birthday today and we spoilt him lots. We gave him some really good presents (which i think we both opened for him), took him out for breakfast (to the pancake kitchen) and then mum made the best cake ever. We love our daddy sooooooo much. He even had the day off work so that we could see him the whole day. We think our daddy must think we are pretty special also. When Mum's Away

Our mum heads off to work sometimes and we have all sorts of fun with our dad. Sometimes we think that we have him really fooled and that he will let us do anything we like (although mum tells us different). It's good to think we have him fooled though. The last really fun thing we did was dress ups and we think that we looked pretty, although Eloise does sometimes get into tight situations as you can see. Love to all, Izabella and Eloise. -xxx-

Kinder Surprise

I have been to kinder now for 3 weeks. My first day i wasn't nervous, i was just so looking forward to it. Mum and Eloise dropped me off ( i would have liked dad to be there too but he was working ). Mum thought she would cry but it ended up being my sister crying because they were leaving me there, mum therefore laughed at her. I have done lots of things and made lots of friends already. The teacher told mum i could probably run the craft times in class, but i will leave that up to them. I think next week i might do something for aunty Shan and send it up to her. Hooroo.
